THE BEST QUICHE RECIPE | MEDITERRANEAN QUICHE

 This is the easiest quiche recipe recipe to make.  With the help of spinach, tomatoes, black olives, and feta cheese....this vegetarian quiche is going to wow your taste buds and the ones you are serving! 


This is one of my favorites.  With our schedules being so busy, this recipe is great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.  You can even serve a side salad with it.  Here is a great idea, GREEK SALAD | A SIMPLE SALAD With a slice of this quiche, you get amazing flavors and it is completely satisfying.  I like extra feta but you can add as much or as little as you want. So let's get cooking! 



 

Mediterranean Quiche



 

PREP TIME

15 min

COOK TIME

55 min plus 5 min cool time

SERVES

4-6

THINGS YOU NEED

 1 Premade frozen deep dish pie crust

7 eggs

1/4 cup of half and half

2 cups of fresh, dices spinach

2 cups of feta cheese

1 cup of dices tomatoes

1 small can of sliced black olives

Salt

pepper


DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

In your pie crust, place spinach, tomatoes, black olives, and feta cheese. Spread in pie crust evenly.

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, half and half, and a dash of salt and pepper. Continue to whisk till smooth.

Pour into pie crust. Stir ingredients around till spread evenly

Place pie crust filled with mixture, into oven for 15 min.

Reduce heat to 350 degrees, continue to bake for 45 min or until quiche starts to brown on top.

Let cool for 5 min.
