My family likes to eat their chili, all different ways. Some like melted cheese over top of it, Others, like myself, like the chili over rice, with melted cheese, and finished with a spoonful of sour cream. You can substitute the ground beef for ground turkey...the taste is still amazing!
In a lot of my recipes, including this one, I love to use Goya Adobo Seasoning Without Pepper 28 Ounces .
I use McCormick Original CHILI Seasoning Mix 1.25oz (5 Packets) in this recipe...I think they have the best flavor.
Specifically in this recipe I use the Copper Chef 8" /11" Deep Dish Pan 4 Pc Set . One for the ground beef and one for the chili mixture. This enables me to cook the chili in 20 minutes. These pans are easy to clean...I love them!
