Imagine sleeping in a historic farmhouse where Civil War soldiers may have walked off the beaten path. Add a country store that looks like time stood still. And a barn from the 1600's, converted to a restaurant that specializes in farm to table with their homestyle recipes. Welcome to Hickory Bridge Farm Restaurant - Bed And Breakfast in Gettysburg, PA.

The Hickory Bridge Farm Restaurant - Bed And Breakfast is in Orrtanna, PA and just minutes from Gettysburg. The farms history dates back to the 1600's. Throughout the years, the property has changed owners. But, in 1977, the Hammett's purchased the farm and planned to serve family style dinners. The Hammett's were no stranger to the hospitality industry, as they had just sold the Fairfield Inn, which is a few minutes down the road. Their warm hospitality continues today with their daughter, Mary Lynn and her family.
Hickory Bridge Farm Restaurant is a historical barn that has been converted to an amazing place to have lunch or dinner. With a beautiful backdrop on the outside, the inside is surrounded by antiques from years past. And an event space that specializes in large gatherings, rehearsals, and weddings.
The menu changes weekly, but are always serving recipes from Mary Lynn and her mother, Nancy. Reservations are always recommended!
Don't forget to stop into the Country store. There are some amazing goodies for purchase and old treasures to be admired!
