The Winter Clove Inn is one of the oldest single family owned and operated hotels in America. Built in the early 1800's, it would give Americans a chance to getaway from their city life and enjoy the beautiful country side. After 200 years, nothing has changed. The Whitcomb family still offers amazing food, accommodations, and an array of amenities and activities to choose from.
At Winter Clove Inn, there are different rooms to choose from. We had the family suite, which worked out perfect for us. This is a 2 room suite with a queen size bed in one area, and bunk beds in another.
Every time you enter the dining room, there is a table waiting for you!
Start your day off with a home made breakfast, including their homemade maple syrup.
Don't forget to buy some to take home with you too!
There are so many activities to choose from. Take a hike to an old covered bridge that leads to a waterfall.
You can swim in the indoor pool.
There are also special activities that are included at this all inclusive resort. For instance rock climbing or enjoying a bonfire. But, playing basketball, tennis, or even swinging on the playground can be fun too!
Before dinner, enjoy a cocktail in the lounge.
The Winter Clove Inn chef creates a different menu each night of your stay.
And before you turn in for the night, you can relax on the front porch.
