When you're looking for a side dish that's both healthy and delicious, pan roasted broccoli is the perfect option. The olive oil and seasonings give the broccoli a wonderful flavor, while the high heat ensures that it stays nice and crispy. Best of all, this dish is easy to prepare and takes only minutes to cook. Not only is this a great side dish, but you can also add your pan roasted broccoli to pasta dishes or salads too!
In this recipe, I use fresh broccoli. I start by cutting off the head of the broccoli. You will also need to trim the smaller stems too. This is how you create the smaller broccoli florets.
But, you can also use frozen broccoli florets too. There are just a few adjustments to make. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Now, you will preheat the pan in the oven. This will ensure that your broccoli will be crisp and not soggy. After you complete these steps, continue on with the recipe, just make sure you keep your oven at 425 degrees.
You just need a few items to use this recipe...
For the pan roasted broccoli, I like to use parchment paper to line my pan with. (If using frozen broccoli...the parchment paper may burn when preheating)
This seasoning is my "go to " seasoning in many of my recipes, not just for pan roasted broccoli. Goya Adobo Without Pepper...I just love this! It contains salt, granulated garlic, tumeric, and oregeno. It really flavors anything you are cooking!
