On weeknights, everyone is busy. Whether you work outside the home, or you are a stay at home parent, deciding what to make for dinner can be hard. We value our time, and with Delicious Weeknight Meals, you save time and money. The best part, you don't skimp on taste!
The chicken breasts start off being baked. This saves so much time and you still can acquire that amazing bbq flavor. You can use your own favorite bbq sauce. Now the next step is to grill. I used an outside grill with this recipe, but you do not have to do that. You can use an indoor grill or you can just apply the bbq sauce to the baked chicken and skip the grilling step. Either way you decide to create your bbq chicken, I promise you, the flavor will still be there. Serve it with a vegetable or side salad.
The BBQ Pizza is fabulous! Talk about a time saver. You can use your favorite pizza dough. Just follow the directions on the package. Or, if you are looking for a low- carb option, you can use a cauliflower pizza crust. Either option will make an awesome meal.
This Create 2 Meals In 1 Recipe makes meal planning simple. By breaking the meal plan down to 2 days, it becomes easy and not overwhelming. Out of this recipe, you will create BBQ Chicken & BBQ Pizza. You will start with the 1st meal, BBQ Chicken. Then you will use some of the ingredients from your 1st meal to create your second meal, BBQ Pizza. This recipe is designed for a serving of 4-6. But, you can always cut the ingredients in half if you desire a serving of 2-4.
