Most families are on a tight schedule. This Weekday Vegetarian Recipe is the dish you are looking for. Cheese Tortellini, fresh green beans, and a hint of lemon will have your taste buds wanting more. Add Pecorino Romano and Parmesan Cheese and it will become a staple dish in your home too!
In this recipe, fresh 3 cheese tortellini and green beans were used. However, you can substitute them with frozen and it will come out just as good. Just follow the directions on their packages for preparation. Then start to follow the recipe as the garlic is being cooked and ingredients are being combined.
While creating this recipe I used the following kitchen tools. I highly recommend each of them!

things you need
3 cups of green beans
2 cups of grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
1 cup of grated Parmesan Cheese
2 whole lemons
2 packages of fresh 3 cheese tortellini
2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 cup Olive Oil and extra Olive Oil to drizzle to taste
1/2 cup of butter
5 cloves of garlic

Add green beans to a pot of salted boiling water for 3 minutes.
Transfer green beans to separate bowl.

Add pasta to same pot of boiling water...cook as directed.

In a sauté pan, heat Olive Oil. Cook garlic and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes garlic starts to become translucent. Add lemon zest and juice from all lemons and Italian Seasoning.
Add Butter
Add 1 cup of water from your salted boiling water pot

Toss green beans and tortellini until mixed well.

Turn heat off.
Add Pecorino Romano and Parmesan Cheese
