boneless chicken cacciatore recipe, easy weeknight dinner for families, easy weeknight meals
When you make this recipe, you can use a crock pot, slow cooker, one pot, or pressure cooker. Just follow your recommended time for boneless chicken. I use the Power Pressure Cooker XL 10 QT. I absolutely love it. It cuts my cooking time in half, plus, I don't have to stand on top of the stove. The meal cooks itself. The chicken comes out tender and the the seasoning cooks throughout the sauce. Speaking of seasonings, I use Goya Adobo Without Pepper in a lot of my recipes. This one is no exception. It contains granulated garlic, salt, oregano, and tumeric. It helps bring the flavor out in my sauces, especially the ones that contain fresh garlic. I serve the Boneless Chicken Cacciatore on pasta. I use different kinds, but Penne Pasta is the one I favor. This is such an easy recipe to make, the kids can help you! The recipe is designed for 6-8 servings. If you do not need to serve as many, you can cut it in half. Now, lets get cooking!
